That means AUSA filed the Motion to Dismiss on your case, which is normal. Almost all cases get MTD no a days. You need to file oppsition to motion to dismiss. If you don't file it, your case will be dismissed and you are back to square. There is nothing hurt your application I think. However, you loss the opportunity to fight for expediting your case, and set a "bad example" for other judges to dismiss future WOM cases.

However, the mose important thing is to find a job ASAP. If you have a job, you should keep on fighting until you win - which is the end result for WOM.

Is it possible to ask for extension to file opposition to MTD, and at the same time, find job?
