do a lot of home work. What you mention in MTD is the standard excuse from AUSA, which is not any different from others. Your case is a strong case since your name chekc has been pending since 2002. I guess somewhere has been messed up by FBI or USCIS such as they lost your file. If you still want this Green Card, you need to fight to the end and you will win.

You may consider to talk to an attorney who can file WOM. Seek his / her opinion on your current situation. It will cost several thousand to hire an attorney to file opposition to MTD.

Did you contact Senator / Congressman to help? Did you write to First Lady? Those are other options which might get your name check expedited.
