請教明白人關於拿到綠卡馬上跳槽的疑問

常聽這裏的朋友說公司sponse的綠卡拿到後不能馬上離開，我的疑問是
（1）如果得到綠卡馬上跳槽，原公司會通知移民局，移民局會吊銷綠卡麽？
（2）如果拿到綠卡馬上跳槽，並且即使公司通知移民局，移民局也不能因此吊銷綠卡，那為什麽還要等一段時間呢？
（3）如果公司有權利讓移民局吊銷綠卡，哪有個時間限製麽，就是說多久以後公司就拿你沒辦法了？
