有沒有EB2的PD是05年6月至9月的，但當年10月沒來得及同時遞I140和485的？

我的情況是PERM在05年六月時遞的，但等了半年到12月份才下來，很倒黴，所以無法象大多數在當時辦PERM的人那樣趕在2005年10月1日排期大倒退前同時遞上I140和I485。這些人在這幾天來看起來很多到已經拿到了GC了。而我直到最近才總算可以遞I485了，有沒有跟我一樣不幸的人？
