as I said, there are lots of template for complaints. Just avoid those tricks I mentioned.

If you get MTD (motion to dismiss, means the court lack jurisdiction to take your case, in other word, the court can NOT get involved the I485 process as it is discretionary duty of USCIS), then the judge will be the key factor.
