485必須交140批準書原件嗎?

我是PERM EB2, 今天律師告訴我找不到我的140批準書原件, 律師說再向移民局要一份弄不好要一年, 所以打算用雇主那裏的I-797C, 律師說沒問題, 可我還是不放心,所以上來問問大家有沒有聽說或遇到類似的情況, 實在不想一直擔驚受怕.先謝謝大家了.
