No -- should always try to avoid RFE as much as possible but

for I140 approval CIS has it in their system, therefore I strongly doubt you will get any RFE for that. Plus in my impression the I485 instruction says 'a copy of ... approval' correct?

I typed 'ted' but somehow the board chopped to 'ted'. Sorry for that.
