485 180天後換工作的朋友注意了

最近我有朋友收到這樣的RFE. 朋友通過公司A交了485,180天後進了公司B.朋友用EAD進入B, 沒有辦H1transfer.期間用過AP.現在收到RFE說要補在公司B的這期間的合法文件批準件.
也就是說,485交了180天後換工作,AOS的合法身份並沒有象綠卡申請資格一樣得到延續,在這種情況下,還要TRANSFER H1或其它身份.
