預計這個星期遞交I140（EB1A，老公是主申請），拿到receive notice就遞交485，同時申請AP和EAD。

我的問題是，想在7月初回國，如果到時候AP沒有批下來該怎麽回來？
另外，遞交了485以後多久打指紋啊？如果要求打指紋的時候我不在美國，還能回來以後補打不？
