140是律師給file，要收錢。
如果485一起，多交1000塊。
我們比較窮，想省這一點。sigh

recipt notice就是approval??
難道沒有一個notice說收到了？

那麽不加快的話，普通的140要多久批準啊
可不可以律師遞完140，我們立刻遞485呢
