緊急請問各位大俠關於I-485file後的EAD和H4的問題

我現在是H4簽證，和我LG一起剛剛同時file I-140 和 I-485。現在想辦EAD，可我LG公司的律師說在我拿到EAD後，如果I-140被據，我就lost status, 也不能再轉回H4， 就是說我就黑了，隻能回國。後來發信問FAN_LAW，他又說沒問題， 可以轉回H4。我現在很confused. 有誰知道這種情況的，Please help! 拜謝！！
By the way, 我是F2-F1-OPT-H4。
