my wife's H4 transfer

Hi. I will transfer my H1b to another university. At the same time, I will also file my wife's H4. However, my wife got her H4 visa in Shanghai, so she has I-94 but no I-797 form. Is that OK that I just the copies of her passport, visa, I94 and I539? Thank you.
