Express mail to TX, notice left, very worried about it

e-filed I-140, sent the supporting documents by Express mail overnight yesterday, check status USPS online, said left notice today, going to redeliver, then if second delivery failed , will hold for five business day, and send back to me. This really makes me nervous. They delivered this 10:30AM, but they could not do it. I am very surprised that USPS could not delived even at 10:30am. I am afraid it is going to fail tomorrow. Does the TSC will pick up from the post office? Dose this happen to anyone? Should use Fedex. Very regret about that. The USPS express mail are not cheap at all, same as Fedex.
