I was naive enought to work with the DIY person....anyway, I don't want to mention his name anymore.

Right now, I just want to fix the problem and go on with my case and my life.

Susan, your post gave me some hope. I think I am going to hire a lawyer and ask s/he to do the rebuttal and help me with 140 and 485 from now on.

SDF, thank you for your insight too. I just realized that he was not competant engough for this job,and he used the Prevailing wage for my H1 B application on my 750 FORM, which I just found out a big mistake. But it is already late, hope it is not too late.
