to TEXAS55555 please

I have a question for you,did you have any LUD before you got your 2nd FP notice?
I'm asking this because I'm waiting for new FP notice, infopass confirmed that my security check is clear, but local office (in Houston) did not issue the new FP notice, I was told service center will do it soon, so.....
I'm wondering how'd you get the FP from local office, maybe I Just had a very bad officer :((
