About 2nd FP notice.

I did infopass last Mon(4/2). I didn't get any help from the officer, she refused my request for FP appointment.But she did tell me that my 2nd FP was ordered in the end of March. Just took 2 weeks to get the appointment letter.I called 1-800 call in the early of March,and told the representative that my 1st FP was expired and needed to be updated. I'm not sure if this call works or not.

By the way, How did you get NC clearance? With the help of the First Lady? If so, when your NC results were forwarded to USCIS by FBI?
