485 RFE, please help! can anyone share some tips and draft lette

postdoc in a University. NIW NSC 09/05. 140 approved. Just received RFE for 485. Second point is really beyond me. Can anyone help? I know several guys here received similar RFE for their 485 before, how did you deal with it? Any suggestions are appreciated.

here is RFE

1. Please documentary which establishes that you continue to be in the occupation that is the basis of your national interest waiver. Such evidence may include, but not limited to: a currently dated letter from your employer; copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigration visa petition.

2. a currently dated letter or other evidence from your intended permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proffered position, the date you began employment and the proffered salary or wage. The letter must indicate whether the terms and conditions of the employment-based immigration visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.
