公司辦的申請，I140批了兩年多了，一直等FBI name check，給FBI寫過兩回信也未收到回複。律師建議我再等一年然後上訴。

最近公司不景氣，裁員，我怕受影響，朋友建議我自己趕緊辦一個EB1A,請問我如今以Advanced Parole呆在美國還可以再申請綠卡嗎（因為用AP多次，H-1B早失效了）？

煩請小白兔指點，並給些建議。
