我認為可以以一個pending的I-485作為另一個485的基礎不可取

儘管移民局可能接收這個 case,但是如果第一個 485因為
任何原因遭拒﹐第二個 I-485就無法成立﹐因而一定會拒﹐不管第二個案件有多 強﹐除非第二個 485是基於和公民的親屬關係
應該是到 境外 獲得 非移民簽証 ﹐再申請第二個 485﹐特別是如果 獲得 O 簽証﹐對 EB1批準非常有利﹐因為等於是CIS和DOS都已經事先承認了你的身份
