I did last Dec. it works. and the congressman is very nice. I got help from them. MY hu*****and was been rejected three time before we got marry.(F1). and We got marry end of last year. he tried to get H4 visa on Last Dec. since they know my GC is pending. He failed. after I back USA. I wrote to Congressman. they contact consulate for me, and my hu*****and got H4 visa on Jan.
