我的排期已經到了， 是同時file 140 & 485好， 還是先隻file140好？

律師建議先隻做１４０， 等１４０ 批準再交４８５。 說是同時交的話， 萬一１４０被拒， ４８５也不會開始處理。 可是１４０一般要６個月甚至更長時間， 這樣我要等１４０批準才能交４８５和AP, 那就等得太長了， 怕出什麽麻煩呀。 而且萬一被lay off, ４８５過半年的條件可能無法滿足。

大家都是怎麽做的？ 我還是想一起交了。 多謝建議！！
