當然要同時file 140 & 485

首先，140沒有排期（隻有485有排期），隨時可以file。在排期沒有到之前，你的律師沒有給你先file 140，已經騙了你。
其次，律師是雇主雇的，他當然要替雇主說話。

同時file 140 & 485，在485 pending 180天之後，可以隨便換工作。如果140已批，原雇主即使revoke，也對你沒有影響。

I140 belongs to the employer. I485, on the contrary, is your own property. Once the I140 is approved and I485 has been pending for more than 180 days, you are free to leave the original sponsor as long as you have a simliar job offer.
