3月17日(即原雇主通知移民局H1終止日)先生是否一定要離境?

2.聽說先生不能以TN入境,因為他在2004年申請了LC,現在PENGING.是嗎?
LC pending does not affect others.But not sure for TN because TN can get job.
3.因為先生是加拿大公民,他能否開車去邊境,然後轉頭以旅遊身份入境?一次可以呆多久?如果他在美國旅遊了1年(其中會離境幾次),這個旅遊身份是否影響將來重新申請H1?
If it is really 旅遊身份, it is ok for him to getting new H1.
4.因為先生在2004年申請了LC,3月17日離境,1年以後回美可以拿TN嗎
One year late, everything should be new for him.
