Need experts help for concurrent H1B

I have something confused me and couldn't get the answer on this website.Any experts or anyone who had these experiences, please give me an right answer. Thank you.

I'm full-time working for company A with H1B and I-140 approved waiting to file I-485. Company B offers me a full-time night shift job and wants to sponsor me a new full-time H1B with concurrent instead of transfer. It seems I have too much energy working for two full-time jobs. My questions are: 1). Could I have two full-time H1Bs with two companies? 2). If yes, will the second H1B affect my I-485 petition approval? any risk for me?
