我的EB2申請被劇, 律師說要改EB3, 急求解決方法. 在線等

律師說如果不申請30天後我的PERM優先就失效, 到時候要重新來. 我是不是應該先申請EB3, 以後再改申請EB2. 還是重換律師再申請EB2? 我有沒有別的選擇?
