回複：140 申請的時候.

You attorney make a mistake, EB2 or EB3 is already clear on the LC. If you use EB3 class LC to get EB2 I140 won't work. So, get EB3 I140 as soon as possible. What you can do is after this I140 approving, do a EB2 LC again then get that I140 again.
