Experts, urgent help please !

Situation: PERM approved, but I-140 denied because of a huge mistake made by previous attorney in PERM (modified job experience requirement). The approved PERM becomes useless.

Options:
(1) Appeal I-140 because of mistake in PERM. Still 2 weeks left to appeal. Employer agrees to appeal.
(2) Withdraw PERM (which may not be possible since it was used by I-140), restart PERM (which will be automatically denied since approved PERM still there), appeal PERM (because of mistakes in previous PERM), .... Current attorney suggests option (2).
(3) Change employer? I don't want to.

Experts, which option should I choose? Help please. Must decide soon.
