Appeal I-140 because of mistake in PERM. Still 2 weeks left to appeal. Employer agrees to appeal.
(2) Withdraw PERM (which may not be possible since it was used by I-140), restart PERM (which will be automatically denied since approved PERM still there), appeal PERM (because of mistakes in previous PERM), .... Current attorney suggests option (2).
Withdraw it? It could be. But redo it is also a choice, if you give a true information.
(3) Change employer? I don't want to.
It is not good idea
