加拿大落地兩問

問題1：如果同時將車帶去了，是否能夠再將車帶回美國？需要交稅嗎？
問題2：落地後要辦H1B簽證回來，被拒簽的可能性有多大？（本人目前H1B已經過期，正在申請B2（仍然pending)
