回複：加拿大落地兩問

1. 有可能海關要求直接辦理進口手續。辦了手續就必須在加拿大注冊，以後會美還得再辦美國進口手續。另外要注意的是有車輛在加注冊你就是加拿大的稅務居民，即使不住在加也要向加政府交稅。最好的辦法就是租車去登陸，把自己的車子列在goods to follow list上，以後進口時憑這個list一樣免稅。

2.H1b過期B2 pending 的情況下不能離開美國。因為你不可能申請H1b簽證，離開美國後B2申請也自動作廢，所以不可能合法回到美國。
