Red Flag, I-485 pending, EAD to be expired

1. you have your attorney, he/she is the 1st resources for your next move
2. you need file another EAD application following the instruction try to solve your current emergency. double file is nothing wrong (although almost never needed). it were a very small price pay.
3. what is your major / reserach (don't answer me here, just ask youself)
4. your 485 case is long but still not that long yet for WOM. sounds like your 485 case will pending for some time. the current problem is the you can not get EAD. if WOM following your attorney, it is may about your EAD.
5. "I was told by the University that I am with a REAL red flag". please communicate with the Univ. to get the real meaning of this. if you had new EAD your current crisis were over or you had trouble to continue your current position / research even you had a new EAD.
