多謝！VOM的副作用

(1) Yes, I agree that my atterney is the first resource for my next move. Actually he is nice, responsible, but as I said that he is somehow feel helpless. This itself makes me nervious since he has been in his service for many years. he won't be like this if the case is not really in a bad shape.
(2) I did file another exactly same application for EAD, though it sounds rediculouse. It has been a month, and I even had not got an receipt.
(3) Atterney did not suggest me to back to H1-B. He did not give the reason.
(4) I agree with you that WOM should be about EAD. I was told that the negitive side of WOM is that if you are rejected, you will be dead. Period. You won't have chance for appeal， is that right?
