J-1 waiver

看到那麽多J-1 WAIVER 受害者，真覺得這個WAIVER係統真是個王八蛋工程。害了多少人。

這裏我還想提醒一下那些如果很長時間都得不到WAIVER的，如果你們最後不得不FILE I612表，不要忘了寫一個STATEMENT說明情況。我就是沒有寫STATEMENT說明情況，INS又來要，耽誤了很多時間。
