I-140, 485 pending, if new 485 need to be filed for marriage GC?

Hi,
Thanks for all the help. My NIW I-140 and 485 are pending. If I am filing for marriage GC. Do I need to file a new I-485 form? My NIW case was transferred to Nebraska center but my marriage GC application need to be sent to Vermont center. Will another I-485 be helpful?
