FY2004's 65K H1B cap was reached on Feb 17, 2004 -- 7.5 months ahead of the end of fiscal year 2004.

FY2005's 65K H1B cap was filled on Oct 1, 2004 -- 12 exact months before the end of fiscal year 2005.

FY2006's 65K cap was reached on August 10, 2005 -- 14 months ahead of the end of FY2006.

FY2007's 65K cap was reached on May 26, 2006 -- 16 months ahead of the end of FY2007.

So, what's going to happen for FY2008's 65K Cap?
