國內化學博士, 來美做POSTDOCT 5年, 現在一大學(TOP 60)做ASSISTANT PROF. 30 PUBLICATIONS (HALF PUBLISHED IN TOP INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS), 3 USA PATENTS + 4 CHINESE PATENTS, CITATIONS OVER 50, GOLD METALS OF A PROVENCE LEVEL,SEVERAL AS REVIEWERS FOR SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL JOURALS. 這是基本情況.

申請的NIW (TED 7 LETTERS, 其中一封來之USA院士)

11/21/06, 寄出了REF with SOME NEW PUBLICATIONS, CITATIONS AND 5 MORE LETTERS

1月底 CALL USCIS INQUIRE STATUS. 3 天後收到DIRECT 鋸信
“首腦”說的理由是: 我的CASE 沒有超過EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL.

請求小白兔等好心人能給一些意見, 如何處理? APPEAL是否可行? 是否同時在申請I140? 如果這樣, EB1 和NIW 同時遞交, 還是隻申請一種? 這幾天不能入睡, 但沒有好的辦法出來. 懇請幫忙.
