Hello peacefullife, Many thanks for all suggestions. You told me Deny won't affaect new I140 evaluation. However, I am still wanting to appeal this case except that I am going to apply new case EB1B. Can you give your suggestion, if officer to examin my New I140 will find a way to review my appeal case? means, he will examine the case together?

Another question: It seems new I140 has to be ted to NSC, does this mean my new I140 case will be examined at NSC, or there is possibility to be sent to other center for evaluation?
