A bad feeling about visa availability for China EB2

I had a feeling that Chinese EB2 will become un-available after sometime may or June this years. NIW cases with early 485 RD (in 2004 and 2005) may consume quickly EB2 visa number allotted to China. The victim will be BEC cases (majority cases with 485 RD after May, 2006). Because of the backlog of FBI name check, the majority of BEC cases can .get their 485 approval because of NC. When NC is cleared, the visa availability will be an issue. Sign!
