It seems you are right.

Up to now, most of the approvals are for EB1,
then NIW. For LC-based, unless your PD is
current and you ted I-485 really earlier,
like in 2003 or early 2004. A whole bunch of
people got their FP1 in the first half year of
2005. CIS just focused on EB1, and then NIW.
That's why we saw so many approvals with later
PD. They really didn't touch the majority of
LC-based cases. They simply blamed it on NC,
which is a black hole. Even WOM might not work
later if they decided to block it.

Unfortunated, we are in this bottle neck
situation. Who knows when they could start
to work on our cases.
