今天去了local 移民局問name check情況，感覺就是十分frustrated.

我們的485從8月2004年開始pending，而且還要pending下去。問那個官員，他給了一個移民局關於name check的fact sheet，好像跟網站上差不多，我們這個時間的長度屬於1％裏的。還有什麽措施可以采取，問1800好像那個地方永遠都是機器，沒有人工服務。而且我們去local移民局不能拿到關於case的written notice，各位朋友是怎麽問他們拿的。我覺得移民局知道現在有許多lawsuit，所以不肯給written notice給我們，怕我們都是WOM。去了一趟，感覺就是白跑和浪費一上午時間。

今天本地volunteer律師的hotline給我回複電話了，告訴我說要sue美國的政府機構很難。又給我了留個電話，說花30塊谘詢30分鍾，再問一個律師具體的情況。這也不是擺明要錢嗎。
