Some messages online said only 1-2% cases pending in name check. In fact, many many are pending. When filing time almost reaches 6 months, CIS will request RFE and then put aside. CIS will say we reached Bush's goal of processing within 6 months. Bush is happy, CIS is more happy. Corrupt government!
