File GC app while 485 pending

My hu*****and filed 485 and my current status is 485 pending. I found a job using EAD and the employer will sponsor green card. My hu*****and's 485 may not be approved due to some reason and he has to wait for a year or so for the final decision. In this case, can I file green card application since my current status is 485 pending? Thanks a lot.
