I need to transfer my H-4 visa, and have some questions about filling out the I-539 form. My hu*****and's I-140 has been approved.
-- I do not sure what I-539 for, H4 do not need transfer, if you want extend your H4, that is fine.

For I-539 part 4:
a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for immigrant visa? Yes or No
-- Extension H4 with H1: Yes
Extension H4 with H1 approve notice (H4 only), and not file I485: No
Extension H4 with H1 approve notice (H4 only), and file I485: Yes

b. Has an immigrant petition ever been fild for you or for any other person included in this application? Yes or No
-- Extension H4 with H1: No
Extension H4 with H1 approve notice (H4 only), and not file I485: No
Extension H4 with H1 approve notice (H4 only), and file I485: Yes
