關於WOM和NC再說兩句

首先,請慎重,畢竟和政府打官司,請先充分了解每一個環節
其次,證據要充分,否則自找麻煩
所謂證據
1.NC何時開始的書麵證據
2.NC等待至少一年
3.排期已到
4.聯係過USCIS,FBI,SENATOR等等
5.FP不是很快要過期
6.引用法律一定要精確(很多因為這個被句的)

另外,現在直接被句的很少,很多是聯邦律師要求延時間(一般一次三個月,法庭一般會允許),這麽幾次也很難受的.所以要有很好的和聯邦律師打交道的技巧.碰到一個NICE有同情心的聯邦(被告方)律師也很重要.同樣的案子在同一法庭可能因指定的聯邦律師不同而有很不同的結果
