因為EB2排期,NIW遞不上485, 沒有EAD, 名義上

NIW的140一批就可以換工作, 但必須用H1來工作. 所以, 跟PERM也差不多. 而且, NIW一旦LAY OFF, 必須趕緊找工, 好繼續維持H1. NIW現在唯一的好處是, 換工作,綠卡不用RESTART了.
