WOM被file後，法官會先要求雙方看是否能達成和解，首先US attorney會聯絡移民局和FBI，之後聯絡申請人要求撤訴，如果這些都沒有發生，案子還在法庭上進行，怎麽能讓人相信真的是WOM work?
