Advanced Degree or its equivalent for EB2

In order to be qualified as EB2, the job offer must need an Advanced Degree or its equivalent.

For example, the minimum requirement of the job is “Master’s Degree plus one year experience or Bachelor’s Degree plus five years experience.”

Which documents or forms should we put the above statement?

Here is my understand (please correct me if I am wrong):

1) Advertisement (Yes, I think we can put the above statement or similar statement in the Advertisement)

2) ETA 750A (No, I don’t think we can put the above statement in ETA750A, because the EDUCATION requirement and EXPERIENCE requirement are separated)

3) A cover letter for I140 (Yes, I think we can put the above statement in a cover letter of I140, such as Employer Support Letter)

4) I140 (No, I don’t think we can put the above statement in I140, because there is only some check boxes. EB2 is “A member of the professional holding an advanced degree or an alien of exceptional ability”)

5) Other (I don’t know. If you know, please add some comments. Thanks!)
