My ETA750 has Bachelor as the Education, and 5 years in the Experience, and I think that is the right thing you can do with ETA750 #14.
And USCIS will not see "Advertisement", they only see 750A/B FORM and the cover letter. And I think if 750A says "Bachelor" and "5 years", even you forgot to say "master + X years" in addition to "B.S. + 5 years" on the "Advertisement", the cover letter still can say "5 years experience as minimum", and "Bachelor at least (master prefered)". That is to say, "Master + 5 years, or Bachelor + 5 years".
