If I file PERM under EB2, can I file 140 and 485 at the same time? Or do I need to wait my PD is current to file 485? Since 八點一顆's post suggest that he filed 140 and 485 at the same time (see below)

140和485是同時遞的，不到一個月，但是被公司lay off, 公司給出1一個月的時間不報告上去。我的140和485是不是會被撤銷？ 有沒有可能還能繼續下去？

我的是perm，完全沒有通融餘地，必須重新再來嗎？
