請問辦PERM (EB2) 到底能不能140, 485 concurrent filing？

請問辦PERM (EB2) 到底能不能140, 485 concurrent filing？前幾天有貼子說要排期concurrent 才能交485， 今天八點一顆的置頂貼又說” 140和485是同時遞的，不到一個月”. 我都糊塗了。請賜教！ 謝謝。
